My focus recently is lots better than it was a few months ago. Wish I could explain how or why that happened, so that if I get all frazzled and distracted again, I could recreate this. (No, I still haven't learned any Yoga. I use this clip art because the woman seems so serene.)
All I know is that when I wake up in the morning, I'm excited to start working on the current project, and I'm not obsessing [as much] about things I can't change.
It feels pretty terrific, and I'm so thankful.
